Arvind is highly accomplished and acknowledged Human Resource Professional, a Change Agent, and a Team Builder who has more than 35 yrs of diverse experience on leadership positions in highly reputed Multinational and Indian Organizations such as Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd, Daewoo Motors , ABB (I)Ltd , Areva India Ltd, Alstom T&D (I) Ltd,  GE India. He is a leader with progressive vision and innovative outlook , consequently keeps trying innovations in Human Resource too. He is a firm believer in the potentials of  People. He did his Masters in Social Work from Institute of Social Sciences, Agra after completing his Graduation in Law from Delhi University. Arvind had been taking challenging leadership roles right from his students life and served The  Students’ Union  as Vice president in Delhi  University. Presently Arvind is providing the HR leadership to Uttam Sucrotech International as Chief Human Resources Officer for their Engg and Project Management workforce globally. On Personal front he takes inspiration , Guidance and energy from Sri Mad BhagwatGita. Arvind loves to paint on various modern subjects. He is learning Vocal Indian Classical Music.
